My entire professional career I’ve focused on promoting healthy lifestyle in both America and the rest of the world. Obesity is a silent killer that is spreading at the “speed of light” and has an extremely negative impact on our society… However, it is mostly being ignored by our leaders! Several time, I have attempted to create obesity awareness by doing some of the most challenging and dangerous fitness experiments the world has ever seen- without any significant success!
