Day 6 Tip for Easing Into the Plan (Pg. 77)

Look Out For Hidden Sugars: Ketchup, barbeque sauce, tomato sauce, baked beans, salad dressings, breads, and lunch meats are just a few of the items that can contain a large amount of added sugar.

Day 6 Tip to Boost Your Brainpower (Pg. 115)

Change Your Daily Routine: Take a different route to work, or go to a new restaurant for lunch and order a food you’ve never tried before. You’ll be making your brain work a bit harder and creating new connections.

Day 6 Tip to ReSync Your Spirit and Uplift Your Life (Pg. 131)

Buy A New Novel: Or borrow one-and start to read it. Reading fiction can create greater empathy as you become emotionally involved in the lives of the characters, which can then translate into your making better connections with people in your own life.

Day 6 ReSYNC Fitness Exercises

Perform the 3 exercises and 3 active rest exercises on pages 27-37 of ReSYNC Your Life.

Perform them once now, and once before bedtime- the goal is to work up to performing them 3 times a day!
