As the American Chamber of Commerce celebrates its two decades in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Houston’s official “Fitness Czar” and HarperCollins author of “ReSync Your Life” Samir Becic commends their work and dedication to business in his home country. In a powerful LinkedIn post, Samir recognizes their positive impact over the years and looks forward to even more transparent business practices in Bosnia going forward.

In his post, he writes: “Congratulations to the American Chamber of Commerce AmCham BiH on celebrating 20 years in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Great job on promoting transparency in the business culture, a crucial aspect to building a better future for all 🇧🇦. U.S. Ambassador to BiH Eric Nelson, thank you for your never-ending energy in creating a positive atmosphere for all the citizens of BiH regardless of their ethnicity and religion. Thank you for being a voice of reason and representing the United States in the best possible way. As a Bosnian-American, I am proud of your work in my country of birth.”

As U.S. Ambassador, Eric Nelson is leading the U.S. Government’s efforts to advance its security partnership with Bosnia and Herzegovina, expand economic prosperity, combat corruption, and strengthen the rule of law. Ambassador Nelson is also dedicated to advancing self-reliance by promoting citizens working for reform and progress in Bosnia and Herzegovina. His recent post celebrating AmCham’s 20 years in BiH

The American Chamber of Commerce BiH is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization and a fully accredited member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington. AmCham BiH was established in 2001 to advance the interest and views of the U.S. and other foreign businesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina, to assist in improving the business environment in BiH, and to promote high standards of commercial practice.
