The challenge has officially begun, and Samir Becic, our founder, and author of ReSYNC Your Life is embarking on his 28lbs in 28 days challenge with you!

He is inviting all of YOU to join him in this weight loss challenge along with him– all you need to do it buy his book and follow him on social media (Instagram, twitter, and facebook), where he will reference his exact formula and what he is doing DAILY (from his book!) to lose 28 lbs in 28 days. Day 7 Tip for Easing Into the Plan (Pg. 73)

Eat Five Times A Day: You should eat three small, healthy meals and two snacks throughout the day. Eating small meals containing lean protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats can help stabilize your blood sugar, which will eliminate your cravings. If you need to skip a meal, skip dinner instead of breakfast. You need breakfast to give you energy to get you going in the morning

Day 7 Tip to Boost Your Brainpower (Pg. 116)

Laugh at a Joke: According to neurologist Richard Restak, humor is associated with “brain networks involving the temporal and frontal lobes in the cerebral cortex. Located near the top of the brain, these cortical areas are related to speech, general information, and the appreciation of contradiction and illogicality.

Day 7 Tip to ReSync Your Spirit and Uplift Your Life (Pg. 131)

Put On an Outfit You Love: How we dress often reflects how we feel. So, to boost your spirits, put on something that makes you happy and feel good about yourself when you look in the mirror.

Day 7 ReSYNC Fitness Exercises

Perform the 3 exercises and 3 active rest exercises on pages 27-37 of ReSYNC Your Life.

Perform them once now, and once before bedtime- the goal is to work up to performing them 3 times a day!
