Buy A New Novel:Â Or borrow one-and start to read it. Reading fiction can create greater empathy as you become emotionally involved in the lives of the characters, which can then translate into your making better connections with people in your own life.

Perform the 3 exercises and 3 active rest exercises on pages 27-37 of ReSYNC Your Life.
Perform them once now, and once before bedtime- the goal is to work up to performing them 3 times a day!
